After i finished my nightshift i took the new bikeroad home: 8.5 km, 48 min.
The route takes directly from our building, is very convenient and well-maintained, very tranquil with no cars or anything to disturb but the eventual biker or runner passing. Not many of even those at this time :)
It takes to Olympia which is where i had to get off it and run a bit on a cars-only road, then i was already in Chrlice. The sun shone beautifully and i really must say i loved it! So i decided to do this any time i can :)
Got home, stretched, showered and had a great sleep, tho short. It was the perfect way to finish/start the day :))
Sportfuggo szerencsetlen tovabb fut, utazik, dolgozik, szeret, izzad es kuzd a gyenge oldala ellen. Idei celok: maraton debut (most mar tenyleg), kicsit tobb alazat es kevesebb onkozpontusag, hatarok tovabb feszegetese :)
